REALTOR® Logos
Below are REALTOR® logos you may download and use in your publications. There are strict guidelines regarding the use of this logo. You may find those guidelines and the REALTOR® logo in different colors at REALTOR.org.
We have provided two types of logos, for different business usages. The first set is Mac and Windows format PostScript (vector) files. The second set is cross-platform bit-map files, in GIF format. To provide the highest-quality images among both Mac and PC platforms, all of the following files have been saved as a Generic EPS. You will need a page-layout program such as QuarkXPress or InDesign; or an imaging program such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, or Freehand to use these files properly.
Required Side Sewer Informational Handout - City of Tacoma
Effective December 1, 2010
Instead of a mandatory inspection, Tacoma Municipal Code Section 12.08.720 requires real estate professionals to provide the buyer and seller with an “educational flyer” prior to the sale or transfer of title for real property in the City of Tacoma that contains any building or structure with a private side sewer connecting to the public sewer main. The flyer is a document that provides educational information to property owners regarding the condition of side sewers and private ownership and maintenance responsibilities. The educational flyer and additional information about the requirement are available on the City of Tacoma’s website or by calling the City at (253) 591-5588. ![]()
